Cameron is a retired Electrical Engineer and lives in New Zealand.
Since an early age, he had an interest in writing. However it is only recently (in 2020) that he found time to write his first novel.
Cameron began writing his first novel in 2020. It is called, "Planetoid Trilogy", and consists of the three books: 'Star Island' (2022), 'Three Fates' (2023), and 'Phoenix' (2024).

But my main driver was the question as to whether a technically advanced civilization could overcome the implied dangers of the Fermi Paradox!
The Fermi Paradox asks whether or not there are technically evolved extraterrestrial alien civilizations hidden amongst the stars of our Milky Way galaxy that may have managed to avoid extinction from a so called ‘great filter’.
The further question then arises, can humanity avoid such an extinction in our near future from some such a ‘great filter’ as proposed by the ‘paradox’? The possibilities for disaster are many, including from self inflicted causes, but also from the Universe itself.
